About Prema Devi
I am a teacher deeply dedicated to the personal care of each of my students. I focus on the physical body, that great temple which I teach them to cherish and connect with their soul. My students understand that what we work on is mental flexibility. We relax and learn to let go through movement, respecting our limitations.

I teach classes with the necessary support so that each student can achieve the postures effortlessly and without injury.
