About Marco
I'm a long time practitioner of yoga. I've studied and practiced in India and Europe under many great teachers (some famous, others unbeknown but equally amazing) and I love to share my knowledge and make yoga accessible to everyone.
I practice and teach mainly ashtanga as thought in Mysore, but have extensive knowledge of vinyasa, yin and hatha yoga as well.

A friend of mine recommended Marco to me as I wanted to move from Hatha Yoga to something more ‘challenging’. Marco immediately understood my needs and quickly adapted his lessons to my level. Classes are challenging but at the same time relaxing, I have gone from 1 class per week to work out twice/week with him as I feel super comfortable and feel that the classes help me a lot to become more flexible and toned. Marco takes time to explain every new move, but also the philosophy and spiritual aspects. Also, he is super flexible whenever I had to reschedule or couldn’t make it, I very much recommend Marco as your next Yoga teacher!!
