I'm a student pursuing a bachelor's degree in yoga therapy from svyasa yoga university Bangalore. I'm exploring the deeper aspects of this field and simultaneously spreading knowledge and awareness to others in order to make people physically, mentally, socially, and emotionally fit.

First I make my students/clients know exactly about yoga and yogic practices as most people really don't know what it actually is. Then I make them perform the practices starting with warm-up. I prefer to teach practices according to their age group, capacity, and requirements.

Khushboo is brilliant yoga teacher. She is having deep knowledge in it.Her way of teaching very easy to understand
her way of representing is really awesome. its been about 2 months since i am connected with her and she taught me very well and i think i know all the basics since after 1 month of classes.
She is excellent. She helped me a lot to deal with my problems. I really enjoy her sessions a lot. I have experienced stability in my physical as well as mental health after joining her.
Khushboo is best yoga teacher. I started my classes with her two months back though it was online but her precise instructions helped me a lot in strengthening my body and practicing advance asanas. Highly recommend teacher .
