My journey began in France, where I was born and raised then I moved to study in the UK. where I study Psychology as I have a deep passion for exploring the human mind and how to heal ourselves. With my personal experiences and encounters with different cultures, I believe that everything is connected to nature. I hope to create a safe space where people can share their feelings and experiences related to psychology, spirituality, philosophy and yoga. I believe that we can transform ourselves, expand our cognitive abilities, and live better lives.

Solange began her journey in France, where she was born and raised, before moving to the UK to study Psychology.
Her passion for yoga took a significant turn during her studies, leading her to India for a yoga teacher training course in Rishikesh, the yoga capital. Immersed in the local culture, she developed a deep appreciation for yoga’s rich tradition and its array of texts and teachings.
Combining her knowledge of psychology and alternative healing modalities, Solange has crafted a mindful practice that merges different styles of yoga for a healing and transformative experience.
Her classes focus on the philosophical foundation of yoga with physical practices, helping individuals achieve a balanced state of mind and enhancing their ability to navigate life’s challenges.
