About Vrindaa
I am a certified Ashtanga yoga teacher from IndeaYoga, Mysore (250hrs YTTC).
With a background in Psychology and dance, I am on a journey to understand the human mind and yogic scriptures, allowing me to find union in my approach to mind, body, and soul.
Through my practice, I have grown into a more self-aware person with a curiosity to learn more.
