About Martina
I'm a yoga practitioner and future yoga instructor. I've been a dancer and an acrobat for 10 years, and I also have knowledge of other disciplines, such as martial arts and gymnastics. I have a lot of experience teaching in my native language, not that much in english but I believe I can still be helpful to anyone looking into improving their body awareness and their use of strengh and flexibility.
