About Lyubomir
I became passionate about mathematics during my studies at the Technical University in Sofia, where I graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Applied Mathematics. I later decided to continue my studies and completed a Master's degree in Mathematics at the Faculty of Mathematics and Informatics of the Sofia University in 2013. However, this was not enough for me and in 2017 I defended my doctoral dissertation in mathematical analysis at the Institute of Mathematics and Informatics of the Bulgarian Academy of Sciences. I have been a mathematics teacher for 15 years. I started as a part-time assistant professor in mathematics at the Sofia University and the University of National and World Economy and later continued at the Sofia University. Since 2017 I have been a senior assistant professor at the Faculty of Mathematics and Informatics of the Sofia University, where I lead various mathematical disciplines such as linear algebra, mathematical analysis, complex analysis and differential equations. I have taught 3 different mathematics courses at the American University in Blagoevgrad. I have experience in preparing students for OMPT - A, B, C, D and F exams.

My initial goal is to understand what your difficulties are related to mathematics and subsequently to encourage you to overcome them, as well as to build on your skills. Therefore, before each lesson, it is a good idea to have prepared questions and tasks to discuss. In case you do not have such, we focus on specific material that needs to be learned and practiced, according to the program. After I show one or two examples and make the necessary theoretical comments and remarks, it is your turn to answer questions, write and explain the solutions to the tasks with my help. Of course, the approach varies and is individualized depending on your current level and skills. My goal is to create in you a commitment and interest in mathematics, which will subsequently help you gain confidence and achieve excellent results, according to your goals. The lessons I offer are 60 minutes long and are held twice a week online. They are suitable for students from 6th to 12th grade, with standard or profiled preparation in mathematics. I also offer individual or group preparation in linear algebra precalculus calculus and complex analysis. I have experience in preparing students for OMPT - A, B, C, D and F.
