If you want to count as a sports monitor, know that they would be short classes such as Hiit (high intensity intervals) and multifunctional, and always based on own experience
My methodology is to adapt the training 100% to the characteristics of my client, I do not train anyone in the same way or with the same exercises. ADAPT, CUSTOMIZE, TARGET.
