About Helen
I am a book author and journalist of British origins. Since then I have lived and worked in South America and Asia, where I have been involved in the fields of wildlife tourism, hospitality, and education. My works have appeared in printed and online formats, and my new book on aquarium science is forthcoming.
Personally I enjoy not only writing and wildlife, but also the history of zoos and public aquaria, geography, philosophy, anthropology, social history, pizza making, boating, and curious Fortean phenomena.

I am a professional & published author of printed pieces and CD-ROMs. Please contact me if you would like such a Native English Speaker (NES) as myself, to help you to improve your reading and writing of the great English language.
I simply aim to teach others, so that my students will learn from me, following the same methods with which I, myself, was taught. My focus is on inspiring a naturalistic and subtle use of English, avoiding the artificial, formalised feel, that is often imposed by standardised learning methods in formal classroom settings.
