About Pierre

I have been a swimmer for as long as I can remember and a lifeguard. I have worked several years doing online classes, proposing training to professionals to achieve their goals and lifeguarding in numerous private pools. Since I finished high school I have consolidated and perfected my skills in teaching languages, sports and music.

About the lesson

My methodology is YOU. None of my classes are identical, because each time I adapt to the personality, age and level of the student.
The classes will be adapted to your objectives: learning to swim correctly, improving your fitness, perfecting your swimming, reaching sporting goals, improving back problems...

Beginners will do exercises to familiarize themselves with the water, buoyancy and breathing during the swim, to progressively learn the different strokes.

With the more adventurous I will perfect your swimming, we will perform exercises to perfect your movements and your styles. I will also improve your fitness by focusing on cardio, speed and endurance exercises.

Perfect! Gabriel is very professional, sensitive to my desires, possibilities and limitations, I have no experience in swimming and I am not very sporty, I was a little scared and he made my lessons a very pleasant and healthy experience, he helped me take big steps in a short time in a very friendly way and easy to learn, I recommend it 100% without a doubt

Gabriel es muy profesional, sensible como mis deseos, posibilidades y limitaciones, yo no tengo ninguna experiencia en natacion y no soy muy deportista estaba un poco asustado y el hizo de mis lecciones una experiencia muy grata y saludable, me ayudo a dar pasos grandes en poco tiempo de manera muy amigable y facil de aprender, lo recomiendo 100 % sin duda
