About Carolina
Carolina Goncalves Born In Caracas, Venezuela Moved to England in 2016.
She began her dancing in 2007 in Habana Caracas Venezuela with Cuban Salsa and Rueda Casino.
After she joined “Son Rumbero” Cuban Salsa Academy for over 2 years and performing with professional team.
In 2009 continued her studies with Jose Castro in Influencia Ritmica for 4 years, performing with the
amateur and professional team.
Carolina in 2013 became part of the professional team and travelled to Netherlands to a Salsa Rueda
Competition in “Dias Cubanos” awarding 2nd place.
In 2013 started in Bachata & Salsa Academy with Edwin wiwi Franco, especially in Bachata "Pacheco
Style", developing the style over 3 years and more.
Carolina has done Master Classes with several teachers such as Jose Castro, Georgenis Cabrera,
Fernando Sosa and his tropical gem, Barbara Jimenez, Ataca y la Alemana, Edwin
Franco and Alex and Desire and other in many others Latin festivals around Europe. She is currently
dancing and teaching around the United Kingdom bringing the new proposal with the Bachata
“Pacheco” style.
