About Oliwier
I am a young researcher in the field of quantum many-body physics (MSc earned at the Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań, Poland). My most important achievements are scientific articles (all accessible on arxiv) published in international journals, Mandles Prize for Hydrofoil Excellence in 2023 (for papers on the physics of hydrofoiling windsurfing), National (Polish) Physics Olympiad laureate title, National Mathematical Olympiad finalist title and EuPhO bronze medal. I have three years of experience in tutoring and I enjoy sharing passion for math and physics.

In my lessons I put emphasis on deep understanding and fun rather than memorization. They combine interesting storytelling about general theory, hands-on problem solving, computer animations and visualizations, tips and tricks on how to efficiently tackle exams, but also (depending on the topic and needs) information on how acquired knowledge is used in modern science and technology.
I prepare students to all school exams (in either physics or mathematics), as well as help to catch up with the material or to extend it. A typical lesson takes one hour.
Additionally, I am extremely happy to work with students training for physics olympiads (I do not cover mathematical olympiads) including New Zealand Physics Cup, IPhO or OPhO. Help in specific university-level material is also possible.
