About Diane
I love to watch the face of a student as he/she gains understanding of a concept that has been a struggle or challenge. I use patience and humor to help young people gain understanding and confidence in their own abilities. I believe that all students are gifted and talented, and it is my job to help them find those gifts and talents. After spending years in the middle school classroom, I have gained experience in state curriculum requirements and specific skills needed at each grade level. Most of my language arts students continued with Honor's English as a high school student.
