About Marissa
My name is Marissa Hristova, I am a 23 year old female who was born and raised in Canada. English has always been my strongest subject in school, and doing well in my writing classes only inspired me to go on to tutor ESL students from all over the world renting at my grandmothers house.
My grandmother is a Bulgarian immigrant to Canada, unfortunately she never had the opportunity to attend a school to develop her English the way she wished. That being said, she never had a good friend or tutor born and raised here such as myself to teach her! That is, of course, until I came into her life many years later.
By the age of 14 I found I was very successful with helping ESL students speak or write more like a local. This is what pushed me to get a degree in “Literature”after high school.
Now I plan to help you learn to fluently write and punctuate yourself in a fast timeline. I am simply your best friend when it comes to English grammar. I will help you find your charisma and confidence in writing, just like an authentic born and raised Canadian citizen.
