Growing up as a first-generation Franco-Canadian provided me with a unique perspective on how language and melody intersect. Have you ever wondered why some singers struggle with articulation while others seem to breeze through complex passages? My teaching style draws on classical instrumental foundations to explain vocal health, breathing control, and the mechanics of head voice.
I work primarily with absolute beginners and returning learners who wish to rediscover their expressive capabilities. We spend significant time on sight singing and pitch control to ensure your foundation is rock solid. My goal is to make every rehearsal feel like a discovery of your own hidden capabilities. It is a slow, methodical process that relies on listening to what your body is telling you.
