My name is Theophilus Ibrahim,I'm 26 years old,I love reading books,Apple is my favourite fruit,I like to think in other to solve problems and I also listen to music,making new friends is equally my best moments,I don't praise myself and always ready to be corrected,have done several coaching relating to once fitness and mental balance and it has yielded a positive results in relieving stress and to manage it as well.
