About K
Learning biology can be overwhelming at first because of the sheer amount of new vocabulary and processes involved. Going from a student who initially hated science in high school, to a college student majoring in physiology and preparing for medical school, learning how to approach science information in new ways has helped me greatly.
As a tutor, my goal is not to reteach students the same information they can easily find from the textbook but to help them process the information they're having difficulty with in a way that makes sense to them.
