About Stefano
I am a dedicated piano tutor with more than 17+ years of experience teaching students from school, college, and professional backgrounds. I enjoy helping students learn music in a simple and structured way.
My teaching method focuses on communication, flexibility, and step-by-step learning. I customise my lessons based on each student’s needs and pace to ensure steady progress. I focus on building strong basics such as rhythm, note reading, and finger control before moving to advanced topics.
In addition to piano, I teach music theory, ear training, and rhythm practice to help students gain a deeper understanding of music. My strength is simplifying complex topics into easy steps. I help students improve their confidence, technique, and consistency, and guide them in developing effective practice routines. My teaching methodology emphasises holistic, engaging, and expressive learning. I believe piano education should combine technical skill, creativity, and personal expression, while remaining motivating and enjoyable. Through consistent communication, I understand each student’s goals, challenges, and learning preferences, allowing me to design lessons that are personalised and effective.
Creativity is encouraged in every lesson. Students are guided to improvise, compose original pieces, and explore a variety of musical styles, which helps them develop artistic confidence and a unique musical voice. Flexibility ensures lessons are tailored to the student’s pace, skill level, and preferred learning style, creating a productive and enjoyable learning environment.
Alongside piano, I teach music theory, sight-reading, rhythm exercises, and ear training. This comprehensive methodology strengthens technical mastery, expressive skills, and musical understanding. My aim is to help students become confident, skilled, and lifelong musicians.
