About Faaiz

Hi, I'm Faaiz — a professional actor and acting coach based in London.
I trained at Rose Bruford College, earning my BA in Acting, and I've spent my career working across film, TV, theatre and voice work. Recent credits include Apple TV+'s Trying and Channel 5's Play For Today, as well as an Xbox commercial and voice work on the video game Baldur's Gate 3. I performed alongside Tom Hiddleston, George MacKay and Toby Jones in Dead Poets Live's The Broken Word, and my theatre credits span the Young Vic, Belgrade Theatre and Edinburgh Fringe Festival. I currently hold both acting and voice agent representation.

Alongside my performing work, I hold an NCFE Level 3 Award in Education and Training, and I bring real teaching experience to my coaching.

About the lesson

My lessons are built around you — whether you're an aspiring actor or just want to build confidence and communication skills, I tailor every session to your goals and pace.

I hold a NCFE Level 3 Award in Education and Training from WM College in Camden, alongside my BA degree in Acting from Rose Bruford, so my teaching is grounded in real life teaching methods, not just performance experience.

Classes start with a warm-up (breath, voice or physical work) before moving into practical exercises — improvisation, scene work, monologue development or public speaking drills — using techniques like Meisner-based listening exercises, status and objective work, and voice/diction coaching. After each lesson, you'll get written feedback plus simple homework to practise before next class.

Beginners are always welcome — no jargon, no pressure.

Perfect! I had my first free 30 minute lesson with Faaiz and he was absolutely fantastic. I had nerves going into it but after a few minutes I was so at ease. He was so confident in everything he teaches. I instantly booked my next lesson with him. I would definitely recommend him to anyone.

I’ve really enjoyed working with Faaiz, genuinely looked forward to our sessions. From the very beginning, he made me feel comfortable and at ease, which was especially important when trying something that can sometimes make you feel quite exposed or self-conscious.

They have a great way of encouraging you without putting you under unnecessary pressure, while still pushing you enough to improve. I’ve noticed a real difference in my confidence, particularly when approaching scenes, understanding characters and allowing myself to be more natural rather than overthinking everything.

What I’ve appreciated most is how personal the sessions feel. He takes the time to understand you, your strengths and the areas you need to work on, and he gives feedback in a way that is constructive, clear and encouraging.

It’s been a genuinely enjoyable experience and I feel like I’ve learnt a lot already. I’d absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for an acting coach who is friendly, patient, knowledgeable and genuinely cares about helping you develop.
