About Leslie
I am and have been an ASL interpreter for @ 25 years, hold an Associate's degree from an ITP, an EIPA Certificate and have taught ASL to Continuing Education students. I initially learned ASL from the Deaf Community which gives me a unique cultural perspective.

I have a 12 week course, twice a week sessions that focuses on the primary features of ASL (e.g., finger spelling, numbers, classifiers, facial expressions/NMM, outlining, syntax, etc.). I emphasize the importance of individual practice with homework assignments and interactive websites.
