About Aurora

Violin students seeking a grounded approach find a partner in my 8 years of instruction. Training in the German tradition defines my methodology. My studies at the Cleveland Institute of Music underpin every technical correction I provide.

I prioritize sight reading, rhythm, and timing to ensure foundational accuracy. Developing scales, arpeggios, and vibrato requires patience. Orchestral playing and classical repertoire are central components of my work. Music theory provides the necessary structure for long-term growth.

About the lesson

Intonation often falters when the fundamental technique is rushed during early practice. I admit that steady progress requires a slow pace.

We build proficiency through the Bach sonatas and partitas as structural bedrock. These works improve your phrasing and tonal production significantly.

My BMus degree informs how I troubleshoot your specific mechanical hurdles. We focus on 10 technical drills to stabilize your bowing.

Students leave with a clearer understanding of how to maintain their sound. Consistent practice cycles ensure these habits become permanent fixtures of your playing style. Careful attention to detail creates an unhurried path toward musical clarity.
