I am a college dropout and a former tech professional, I discovered my true calling as a Transcendental Meditation instructor. For the past four years, I have guided young adults—school students, college-goers, and early professionals—in unlocking their inner strength and potential. My teaching emphasizes effortless, authentic TM techniques tailored for modern stresses like exams, career uncertainty, and digital overload. With a relatable background and personalized one-on-one guidance, I help students cultivate lasting clarity, resilience, and personal growth.

Unique background: A former tech professional and college dropout who discovered TM as a life-changing tool, I relate deeply to ambitious, stressed young people in fast-paced environments.

Youth-focused expertise: Four years of experience working primarily with teenagers and young adults, helping them build resilience, focus, creativity, and emotional strength through TM.
Practical and relatable approach: I translate ancient wisdom into modern, science-backed language (drawing on research showing TM’s benefits for stress reduction, ADHD, anxiety, and academic performance).

Personalized and supportive:
I only help one on one session and I stay available for follow-up questions and lifelong checking.
