I am currently a first-year medical student, that intends on helping others learn and improve in their studies. I was taught by many teachers that helped me get to where I am today, and that's why I want to help others too.

During my initial years of high school such as in year 10/form 4 I wasn't scoring many A's or even B's. I tried many different types of techniques on how to study and went for many tuitions. The most significant technique that worked for me was writing notes, as I found that writing it out helped me understand what I was reading. Then in foundation/pre-med track, the same techniques didn't work, I had to adapt again, this time I wrote mind maps instead. Now in medical school, I integrate the use of AI to help me learn complex topics and track my progress in preparation for exams. I truly understand the perspective of a struggling student, which allows me to help them become better slowly by trying many different studying techniques that will eventually help them get an A that they deserve. A majority of the time, students just haven't found what works for them. Once they do, most of the time they can score.
