I am a Mechanical Engineer. I possesse an Honours Degree in Mechanical Engineering. I have been lecturing TVET mechanical subjects since 2013. I do have awards of exceptional pass rates like 90% to 100% pass rates. Put my skills to your advantage.

1) Engaging Resilyient Preconceptions:
Each student comes into the classroom with limited knowledge or idea related to their learning. It is imperative that i know student preconceptions then identify, confront and resolve them. The
empirical evidence that supports their use is substantial.
ii) Organizing Knowledge around Core Concepts:
Foundation of factual knowledge and conceptual understanding must be provided to the student.
iii) Supporting Meta cognition and Student Self-Regulation:
In this element the teaching strategies are very important which will help students take control of their
learning.
iv) Cooperative Learning:
I allow students to learn together.
