About Mia
I am a Biomedical Science student from Northern England looking to continue on to medicine. However I have a huge passion for languages and I have been learning German since I was a young child. I have been private tutoring for 2 years and looking to expand to online.

My teaching method involves the initial learning of important and basic words, before following on to lessons on grammar to put sentences together. I enjoy using videos and worksheets to stimulate learning, and songs can be very useful to learn! It's important that learning is fun, as that is what makes the information stick in your head.

I know Mia from University as a work colleague in the Lab and her way of thinking is excellent. She approaches every problem head on and solves them in a way no one else would think of! This makes her a trustworthy tutor. Not only this but her scientific knowledge is really good and the way she teaches facts is engaging.
Mia helped to teach me German basics for my trip there last year, and after a couple of lessons I was confident and ready to start speaking. I had no trouble understanding any of the information and she was great help!
