About Alisa
Hi! I am Alisa and I love learning more about different cultures and helping people learn more about my culture and language. That's the main reason I like teaching - knowledge exchange. I meet new people with different backgrounds, learn more about them and what they like, help them learn more about what I know and they teach me something in return as well!
I also find it inspiring to see them progressing, mastering the language, as well as overcoming difficulties and finding the right way to explain things.
So, if you are chatty, enthusiastic and fond of learning Russian - I will happy to see you at my lessons :)

I always do my best to make lessons as engaging and appealing to my students as possible. And to do so, I ask them about their interests and hobbies at the first lesson. After a few lessons I ask for student's feedback, so that I can adapt my lessons better to suit each student.
Each lesson lasts for an hour.
I've been helping people learning English for 5+ years, meanwhile helping exchange students in my university to learn Russian. I have done a bachelor's degree in teaching in Russia and I have recently finished my master's degree in Events Management. Since each lesson is a small event to some extent, it came in handy as well! :)
The lessons are suitable for someone who:
Is maybe just thinking of learning Russian and is eager to learn about the culture as well
Has been learning Russian for some time and would like to practise conversational Russian and learn more about slang to sound more natural
Doesn't matter what your background is if you are genuinely interested in a language. Everyone is welcome!
