About Dr Parul

I’m Dr. Parul Sharma, a dedicated tutor with a PhD in Botany. I offer in-depth lessons in biology, botany, plant physiology, environmental science, and life sciences for school, undergraduate, and postgraduate students. My teaching covers core concepts, assignment support, research guidance, thesis writing, and scientific paper editing.

Whether you need help understanding photosynthesis, preparing for exams, completing lab reports, or structuring a literature review, I provide clear explanations and customised support. I also assist with academic writing, citation formatting (APA, MLA, Harvard), and plagiarism checking to ensure high-quality submissions.

You can also explore more resources and articles on my blog: Botany with Parul

My goal is to make learning science easy, enjoyable, and results-driven.

About the lesson

As a PhD holder in Botany and an experienced plant science researcher, I create personalised and engaging lessons that are carefully tailored to each student’s academic level, learning style, and individual goals. Whether you're a school student aiming to build strong fundamentals, a university student preparing for exams, or a postgraduate working on a thesis, I adapt each session to suit your needs.

My teaching approach simplifies complex biological and botanical concepts using visual aids, relatable real-world examples, interactive discussions, and memory techniques. Each lesson begins with a quick recap to reinforce previous learning, followed by a clear explanation of the day’s topic, and ends with practice questions, discussions, or feedback on assignments.

I offer support across a wide range of topics such as plant physiology, cell biology, photosynthesis, genetics, ecology, and stress biology. I also help with academic writing, literature reviews, PowerPoint presentations, and research-based assignments. My lessons are structured, well-paced, and designed to boost both understanding and academic confidence.

Students are encouraged to ask questions freely, build curiosity, and think critically. With consistent support and encouragement, I aim to help each student not only improve their performance but also develop a genuine interest in biology and scientific thinking.
