About Leonard
I am a passionate tutor equipped with 5 years of individual tutoring experience in biology/chemistry that understands how to work with essentially any student. I am also a student myself in my 3rd year of medical school. I graduated with a degree in Biology from the University of Pittsburgh in 2018.
The thing I enjoy most about teach students is helping them to reach the point when concepts finally "click" that they had been struggling with in the past. I love helping others to put the hard work in to grow and develop academically on the way to reaching personal goals.
I graduated with a bachelors degree in biology in 2018 from the University of Pittsburgh. While there I was an academic tutor for 3 years. I also worked for 2 years for an online tutor platform called varsity tutors.

I usually will have them bring to me the subject matter or concepts they are struggling with, followed by me assessing what level I believe they are at. Then I discuss with them how they best learn and how I think we can be as effective as possible working together.
