RESEARCH EXPERIENCE
Dissertation: Cardiff University 2019 - Project Title: Urban Inequality: The Case of Liverpool
The aim of my dissertation was to understand where economic inequality is happening in Liverpool, who is affected by the issue and how. To achieve this a mixed methods approach to data collection and analysis was employed. Interviews were conducted with long-term residents, photographs taken, quantitative data produced and analysed including Gini coefficients. The data showed that economic inequality increases closer to the city centre and that the issue is having detrimental social impacts on residents. This achievement illustrates my ability to research, investigate, analyse, and organise often complex information and to project manage.
