About Mason
I've been playing guitar for over 35 years. I play bass as well, keyboards, percussion and other global instruments. I've played in many local club bands in cities I've lived in and I started teaching lessons in 2006 with the school of rock as well as private lessons. I play all kinds of music but specialize in "improvisational ethereal rock" similar to progressive and jazz rock but a little softer, more electronic and with room for poetic traditional song structure. I grew up listening to Motown, Elvis, Beatles, Kiss, 80s Pop, Rock, Post Punk, Goth, Folk, Country, Jam Band, Psychedelic, Indie, Synthwave. I'm also a dad and a former chef. Music is my passion.

I've been playing guitar for over 35 years. When I started as a teen my first lessons were frustrating and didn't seem to make sense to me. I ended up teaching myself but this path took many months and years to learn things I should have known early on. I want to make sure you don't have the same issues that I had when I started out. This is why I'm happy to teach you my method that will be sure to get you playing guitar right away, understanding your instrument and music! Also, to help the direction you want to go with the music you like and want to play. You've got to start somewhere and I'm available to get you started!

Details
The rate really breaks down to a dollar per minute. This site wont give me the option to edit this accurately. So 30 minutes is $30 and 60 minutes (one hour) would be $60. I recommend 15 minute lessons for ages 6 through 9 so $15 for those ages. I recommend starting with at least 30 minutes for everyone else and up to an hour if you prefer. The first free lesson is actually 15 minutes. Thank you
