About Uqayl
I am currently a polytechnic student that has been training Muay Thai for 2 years. My main problem as a student-athlete is the money as I need to save up just to train for a month. I want people to have the opportunity to try out and train Muay Thai, especially students who have the same problems as I had.

The main focus of the sessions is to train you in Muay Thai . There will be drills and pad-work involved and light sparring for the more advanced individuals. We will then work on strength and conditioning training involving HIIT training and other creative exercises.
