About Maya

Hi! I am Maya, an enthusiastic and dedicated high school biology tutor based right here in Alberta.

Having recently navigated the Alberta curriculum myself, I know firsthand what it takes to excel in high school science. My goal is to make challenging concepts approachable, engaging, and stress-free while giving you the exact tools you need to succeed.

Why Study With Me?

Relevant Curriculum Insight: I bring fresh, up-to-date expertise on how Alberta unit exams and diploma questions are structured, along with high-yield study strategies that lead to top performance.

Structured, Goal-Oriented Lessons: Every session is tailored to your unique learning style, combining clear visual breakdowns with targeted practice to ensure you truly understand the material.

Supportive & Encouraging Environment: Learning science should feel empowering, not overwhelming. I cultivate a welcoming space where you can ask questions freely, build real confidence, and master complex topics at your own pace.

Whether you are looking to boost your class average, master tricky unit concepts, or feel completely prepared for your diploma exam, I am here to guide you every step of the way!
