About Giulia
I am Italian and I lived almost all my life in Roma. I really love my country and if you are interested in discovering more about Italian culture (family and university life, italian towns, architecture, art, monuments, natural places), travelling in Italy or Italian food, we can surely speak about it! I have a huge curiosity about different countries and I am really happy to hear about your life experience! I have a particular interest in discovering more about travelling through United States and American Natural National Parks. I have moved to Ithaca, New York, joining my husband, in October, after my master degree graduation in Mathematics. I worked as a private math tutor for many years and I really like helping students to get better and to find or to find again satisfaction in what they are studying!

At first, I will listen what your goals are and what your starting level in Italian Language is. Then we can plan different type of speaking activities together. We can select some specific topics you are interested in or speaking in a natural way, if you prefer this. It is really important to me to make you feel comfortable and involved during our conversation lesson in order you to learn, practice and improve your ability in understanding Italian language and achieve a greater level of fluency. I will correct any mistake with absolutely no judgment and in some case I will suggest you more suitable or popular words.

Giulia is a methodic and experienced private tutor for students who need to overcome difficulties in Maths. She is not only very good in her subject matter, but has outstanding pedagogical skills. No surprise she is studying to become a qualified high school math teacher. I fully recommend her.
She has a genuine passion for mathematics, and when a teacher is as engaged with the content she teaches as Giulia does, then the lessons are always exciting and fun!
