About Olga

I have been teaching heart and soul in Iyengar yoga for more than 9 years. I am now studying at the BKS Iyengar Institute in Amsterdam for my certificate Intermediate junior. I am a member of the Iyengar Yoga Association Netherlands and the Dutch Yoga Teachers Association.

About the lesson

I believe that the Iyengar method is truly unique and special. In Iyengar yoga you are always a student, you can never say "I did it". It is about being 100% involved in your practice. There are so many levels to know your body and mind, so many ideas to see the difference "before" and "after" in each asana. It is a challenge every day! I would like to transfer my personal knowledge and experience to you.

Namaste

Thank you Lady!!
