About Eshwar
I’m the founder of Sarvasutra Signature Events, a research-driven event company built around the idea that events should feel meaningful, not just visually impressive.
Over time, I realized that the event industry has massive potential, but a lot of people enter it without proper guidance, practical exposure, or understanding of how professional event systems actually work. Most learning stays limited to decoration ideas or basic coordination, while the real industry involves psychology, branding, operations, storytelling, business thinking, audience experience, and handling pressure in real time.
One thing I strongly believe is that the events industry in India needs to become more organized and professional in the coming years. There is incredible talent, creativity, and energy in this field, but there is also a huge need for trained professionals who understand both creativity and execution.
That’s one of the reasons I wanted to start sharing knowledge and practical insights from the industry.
Not to teach theory from textbooks, but to help people understand how events actually work behind the scenes — from ideation to execution, from client handling to audience engagement, and from creative vision to operational reality.
The goal is to help students, aspiring event professionals, and creative thinkers see this industry with a broader perspective and prepare themselves for the real world of events.
