About Virendra Singh Rathore

I am a civil engineering student. And have relevant skills and some knowledge of yoga, pranayam and meditation. The Art of Living course I have done in this pandemic period through an online platform. And it's my first time to tutor online otherwise I have taught my younger and juniors in school times.

About the lesson

My teaching methodology is same as how I have learned, i.e., first of all mark the problem and analyze it by different angles. Then finally come to the solution and make it a practical learning as case learning is from outer to within.
