My 14 year old son has been training with Coach Jai for 1 year now, primarily in gym-based conditioning and kickboxing lessons. Coach Jai's teaching style is patient, encouraging and very structured. He takes time to explain moves clearly and always adjusts the pace to suit my son’s ability. He has genuinely helped my son improve his endurance and confidence, from struggling with basic drills at the start to confidently sparring and holding form through longer sessions. What truly sets him apart, is how he incorporates emotional management into training. When emotions can run high, Coach Jai subtly introduces controlled scenarios during training that teach composure under pressure. I highly recommend Coach Jai to other parents/learners looking for a coach who is professional, supportive and genuinely invested in his student’s progress.

Jai is a fantastic coach, he will tailor the workouts to your needs and I love training with him. He pushes your boundaries and I can highly recommend training with him!
