My approach in teaching is simple. Assess my student(s) needs and ability, after which devise strategies to ensure inclusive learning. I encourage both independent and think-pair-share, and class discussions. Also by scaffolding questions, I believe this creates independent learning as this allows me to model then facilitate learning via guided practices
