About Lukas
Hey! My name is Lukas, I play piano, bass, double bass, guitar, and I'm learning clarinet. I've been playing piano since I was 5 years old, and I'm currently in my 5th year of higher education at City College of New York towards a degree in music performance. I play all around New York City on bass or piano, playing jazz, rock, funk, indie, and bluegrass music. I love to teach music. I care so much about learning and music, that it's a really exciting opportunity to get to share the tricks that I've learned on my path with others.

In our lessons we will approach material which I will tailor to suit what you want to get out of music instruction! Every lesson is bespoke. For example, that might look like learning your favorite song, talking about interesting theory concepts, establishing fundamentals, or developing great sight reading; among many other things! I teach in person or online. I will come to your home if it suits you best. I will teach for any skill level.
