About Joanna
I am a yoga teacher, who graduated from Seasonal Yoga Academy in December 2018. I have also completed 300hr Vinyasa Teacher Training with My Vinyasa Practice and 210hr in Kundalini Yoga and I am registered to KR1. I have been teaching private lessons and community classes and at the gym in West Dunbartonshire Council and the Arc since 2019. I believe that yoga is for everyone. I work on connection with body, mind and spirit to reach the full potential.
I am also Reiki Master and Breathwork Practitioner.

I create my own flows and incorporate the spiritual teachings of yoga. I offer modifications during the class so it is accessible for everyone. I concentrate on a proper alignment and connection to own breath as it will allow to open the body more and energy can flow easier.

The group classes are £8.50 per face to face or £32 for 4 class block, £7.50 per online or £28 per 4 class block. Block classes to be used within 5 weeks.
