Sayantan is an awesome drummer. I have seen him uploading videos even after he had a hectic day at office. He is very diligent and passionate about drums. Rest assured he would also be a great teacher.

Sayantan is a pritty good drum teacher as I have seen some his videos, but I think he should put more drum lesson videos to be able to grab more students, and more people can know about his drum tution and he communicate very well while teaching drum I think.
