About Ivan

After earning my Master's degree in Omsk, I relocated to Moscow, where I spent five years. In 2016, I moved to China to teach English as a Second Language (ESL), and three years later, I expanded my expertise to teaching Russian as a Second Language (RSL). Since then, I have been living in Southeast Asia, educating students of all ages, from primary school children to retirees.

Book a trial lesson, I will be more than happy to get to know you and your needs. We will do a quick level test and decide how I can help you to bring your language skills to the next level.

Запишитесь на пробный урок, я буду очень рад познакомиться с вами и узнать ваши цели в изучении русского языка. Мы проведем небольшой входной тест на определение вашего уровня и решим как я могу помочь вам достичь своих целей.

About the lesson

I teach adults as well as teenagers from 11 years old.
I'm friendly and patient.
Focus on all 4 skills: speaking, listening, reading and writing with speaking skill as a priority
Communicative approach
Clear accent
150 hours TEFL certificate

Throughout my teaching career, I used the communicative approach. My lessons have included various activities for students. By engaging students in speaking, writing, listening, and reading (and appealing to diverse learning styles), I have helped my students improve their overall accuracy and fluency.
I provide a complete course from an absolute beginner to a confident speaker of the Russian language. So if you want to be fluent - book a class and let's begin!
