I am one individual who believes that when given time and different approaches to solve problems for example, school challenges ,students have different ways of understanding and when helped they can achieve better results. The students come from different backgrounds with various abilities and personalities. Being an effective teacher therefore requires the implementation of creative and innovative teaching strategies in order to meet students’ individual needs.
Some of my teaching methods include cooperative learning whereby I encourage students of mixed abilities to work together by promoting small group or whole class activities.Visualization and technology are also some of the methods I will use
