About Peter

I have been working with people for many years, helping them to reduce stress, through simple mindfulness exercises but also through understanding the internal causes of stress.

About the lesson

I teach through practical guided meditations and also helping people to reflect inwardly to gain a deeper understanding of themselves. We do this through simple questions that create an opening in the student for a deeper understanding of themselves. When delivering a class or 1-1 session, we start and end with a guided meditation. Between the meditations I use the enquiry approach to facilitate for the client a deeper understanding of themselves. I have a calm and patient approach, recognising that within a group people learn at different rates, enabling me to tailor the appropriate level of support for each individual.

I have known Peter for ten years, he taught me Reiki from level 1 through to Holy fire which was in the last six months, he has become a trusted and loyal friend. Peter is a very calm, relaxed person who is a very patient dedicated and highly knowledgable Reiki and mindfulness tutor. I recommend Peter because of his skill and professionalism when teaching Reiki and mindfulness and also for his excellent Reiki treatments where he has the ability and confidence to make each client feel comfortable and at ease throughout the procedure.
