About Keon
Hi! I’m Keon, a senior at Norman High with a 4.0 GPA and a strong mathematics background. I’ve completed AP Calculus BC, earned a 35 on ACT Math, and scored a perfect Math score on the PSAT. Math has always been my strongest subject, and I enjoy helping other students build confidence and improve their grades. I’ve worked with students at all levels — from middle school math to AP Calculus and SAT/ACT prep — and I love breaking down complex ideas in simple, easy-to-understand ways. I’m patient, reliable, and I genuinely care about the students I help. Outside of tutoring, I’m involved in advanced coursework, research, and athletics, and I bring that same discipline and focus to my teaching style. My goal is always the same: help students feel confident, improve quickly, and actually understand what they’re doing.

My tutoring sessions are designed to make math simple, understandable, and confidence-building. Every student learns differently, so I customize each lesson based on their strengths, weaknesses, and upcoming assignments or exams.
Each session includes:
• A quick check-in to identify the exact concepts causing confusion
• Clear step-by-step explanations
• Guided practice problems
• Test-taking strategies (especially for SAT/ACT Math)
• A short review at the end to make sure everything “sticks”
For SAT/ACT prep, I focus on:
• Fast problem-solving methods
• Pattern recognition
• Timing strategies
• Avoiding common traps
• Increasing accuracy under pressure
Students tell me they feel more confident after just one or two sessions because I break things down in a way that finally makes sense.
My goal is not just to help you finish your homework — it’s to help you understand the topic deeply so you can apply it on tests and real assignments.
I tutor grades 5–12 in math, including Algebra, Geometry, Pre-Calc, AP Calculus BC, and SAT/ACT Math.
