About Dumebi

Welcome!

I'm thrilled to have the opportunity to share my passion for music and guide you on your piano and keyboard journey. With years of experience as a dedicated tutor, I am committed to providing a nurturing and inspiring learning environment for students of all levels and ages.

My love for music began at a young age, and I have sharpened my skills through training and practical experience over the years.

About the lesson

As a piano and keyboard tutor, I have developed an effective and comprehensive approach to ensure my students' success and enjoyment in their musical journey. Here's an overview of my approach and teaching methodology:

- Techniques and Teaching Methodology:
1. Personalized Instruction: I believe in tailoring my lessons to meet the unique needs and goals of each student. To create a customised learning plan, I assess their skill level, musical interests, and learning style.
2. Fundamentals Emphasis: I prioritize building a strong foundation in music theory, and ear training. These fundamental skills provide a solid base for musical growth and expression.
3. Engaging and Interactive Lessons: I incorporate various teaching techniques, including hands-on demonstrations, interactive exercises, and creative activities, to keep my lessons engaging and enjoyable.

- Typical Length of a Lesson:
My lessons are typically 1hr 30minutes, allowing enough time for warm-up exercises, instruction, practice, and feedback. I believe in maintaining a balance between focused instruction and practical application.

My lessons are open to students of all levels, from beginners to advanced players. Whether you're starting from scratch or looking to refine your skills, I can tailor my instruction to suit your level of proficiency.
I welcome students of all ages, from children to adults. It's never too early or too late to embark on a musical journey and discover the joy of playing the piano or keyboard.
