About Olivia
Hi everyone!
My name is Olivia Clark and I am a sophomore biology major. I have a passion to help people love math and science the same way I came to through unyielding support and patience. I want to curate a space for students to feel comfortable asking all questions and strengthen understanding!
Tutoring tends to have a bad reputation, but it is a HUGE source of help when you're struggling in a subject. Everyone is capable of learning; it might just take a different perspective!

Typically, my style of tutoring is through tons of practice. Especially when it comes to math, reinforcing shaky concepts through trial and error allows the students to gain confidence in their abilities. It improves critical thinking and knowledge retention as well. This though, depends on the specific students struggles and can vary.
I am a very open minded and unjudgmental tutor. I understand there are negative connotations around tutoring and want all students to feel confident in their ability to learn!
