Developing a sound understanding of topics depends on nurturing the students interest in the topic.
Breaking down concepts and have the student formulate the these concepts in their own words creates a vital dialog. Once the student is impowered to grapple with the topics at hand a lasting understanding is created. This can be achieved by encouraging the student to enage the subject with language of their own.
