About Leslie
I am an experienced tutor having taught mainly high school students physics and math in the past 3 years. I am currently a fourth year physics student at the University of Toronto, planning on going into teachers college after my graduation. I am trilingual and I speak English, Mandarin, and Cantonese.

I am comfortable with teaching any high school level physics and math materials, including AP and IB level materials.
For concept learnings, I like use real world analogies. I also like to be very concrete when teaching, and making sure that the students can grasp the fundamentals before moving on to more complicated concepts. I understand how daunting physics and math problems can look like sometimes, and I am patient and would listen to each student's individual needs, and I am not afraid of repeating and breaking down explanations if the student still have a tough time understanding. I like to emphasis the connections between different concepts and problems, and that how systematic strategies on one problem can also be used on other similar problems.
