About Sinéad
I am a 500hr Certified teacher which is the highest qualification you can get. I have a real passion for all things movement and since having found yoga I feel I am a much more grounded, patient and understanding person. I have been teaching for 4 years and practicing for 7. I also am big into Cross Training and I go running weekly so for anyone out there who’s just looking to get a good stretch , I completely get it!
I always think of the profound impact my own yoga teacher had on me years ago and it’s been my goal ever since to have that same positive and reinforcing influence on others.

The style of class will depended on the practicioner, whether there will be a strong dynamic flow or a more relaxing calming atmosphere will be completely up to you. Meditations can also be incorporated into practice.
